Premier Agent Network is an online real estate electronic brokerage and is looking to go national in the next year. Our goal is to provide the best service and tools possible for real estate agents and brokers in the country.

Premier Agent Network offers different 100 percent commission plans so you can find one that best suit your needs. Our Plan A is $495 and $135 risk management fee per closed transaction. Plan A is our most popular plan because there is no risk for joining and the total flat fees paid per closed transaction is $630. Plan C is our second most popular plan because it allows you to pay only $249 per month and that’s it! Errors and Omissions insurance is included with this monthly flat fee service so if you close a real estate transaction a month, or every other month, this is the best value for you. Plan B is our third most popular plan which is $50 per month and $395 fee per closed transaction. E & O insurance is also included with Plan C making it very attractive to many agents. Plan D is a straight 90% split plus $135 risk management fee per closed transaction. This plan allows flexibility depending on the sales price of the home if that is what you are used to from traditional real estate brokerages.

We want to offer the best broker support, best services, and virtual real estate tools to our real estate associates. We believe that anything can be improved and built upon and we know the power that lies behind following up with clients. The customer relationship management system allow real estate agents to capture leads, track conversations and your clients property search criteria, and see properties clients viewed and request more information for. This system also allows you to track appointments, tasks, documents, transactions, listings, email campaigns, when you clients last logged in, and much more. All this for free when you are an associate of Premier Agent Network.
